Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was spacious, better smelling than the previous one, and cozy despite needing some window dressing for privacy. The coffee machine was a nice touch for a good night's sleep and morning drinks. However, the exposed view to the high street could be a drawback.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room had some dust on the furniture, but the luxurious roll-top bath added a unique touch. The breakfast was tasty and hot, and the spotlessly clean rooms made up for it. The service was excellent overall, although my food intolerance request was ignored. The location is great for exploring the Cotswolds, with plenty of amenities nearby. The dining experience was somewhat noisy due to staff cleaning, but the farm-to-table products were quite good. The facilities were decent despite some minor inconveniences.
The hotel was stunning, and the room felt detached from the rest of the building, with a very comfortable bed and a bath located in the room. I loved the decor, and it was clean and warm on arrival, with a decanter of sherry and some nibbles waiting as a welcome. The service was outstanding, with very accommodating staff who went out of their way to assist us, including a young man who moved his car to accommodate us in the car park. The location was perfect for exploring nearby places like Warwick, Kenilworth Castle, and Leamington Spa. The dining experience was superb, but the menu choices were rather limited. The facilities were great.
The hotel had cosy rooms that felt spacious, with a big bathroom and a huge shower, perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful, although the room got a bit warm, and street noise was noticeable in the morning. The location was great for exploring the local areas, but some traffic noise was a downside.
